| T.L. Daniel
is a native of the Shenandoah Valley.
He was raised in Waynesboro
until he was fifteen and then moved into the country. It was during
this
transition period that he began to write and also started to become a
novice
photographer.
Tony moved
away from the valley only long enough to serve in the Armed Forces for
three
years at which time he returned to raise a family. Many years later he
is a
proud father and Grandfather. He lives in an isolated area of Augusta
County now, enjoying the peace and quiet of the woods he calls home. He
is an
avid
hunter and fisherman.
Sit with him
around the campfire and he will “spin” you a story, one right after
the other.
T.L. Daniel
was once told “that his job on life was to put on a happy face and go
make other people smile” a job that he loves to do.
As you read
his work and see his photos, you will see that he has an eye for
beauty, a way
with words and his life like most all others has been filled with joy
and
despair. He will tell you to “read it once, read it again because every
word has two meanings and nothing he writes is to be taken at surface
value.
